Manchester United stars of past and present use the force…
…Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole take on the current Manchester United strike force of Wayne Rooney, Danny Welbeck and Chicharito in blindfolded ‘Telepathic Football’…. And as you can tell from the picture above, Rooney is just out right ridiculous…. With a blindfold on.

My latest post on laughingsquid is about Long Now’s new salon/bar project. I’ve actually been helping out some on this project and have a lot of friends involved. Biased as hell in fact, but then it’s easy when the concept, mission, design and alcohol are all top notch. Check out the post, I got to share some fantastic new interview footage about the redesign by Because We Can and the special spirits being made by St George Spirits.
The Long Now Foundation Salon Redesign and Limited Edition Spirits
I’ll share another interview video here that’s not in the post. Dave from St George, as he grinds coriander for Long Now’s gin, talk about an artistic approach to distilling and the historical importance of spirits to people around the world.

Hope you enjoyed that 15 seconds it’s all you’re gonna get, kid.

My latest post on Laughingsquid features the yin & yang of Andy Griffith: from Football to Lonesome Rhodes. Here’s his performance of “What it was was Football” from 1953 with illustrations from “Mad Magazine”. Check out the full post which also includes a scary prescient clip from “A Face In the Crowd”. Griffith died today at 86.

Here’s a video of when I went to see John Cleese speak live in 2009. That’s where I got my cool Silly Walks t-shirt. I’ve blogged about the Pythons and Cleese in particular on Laughingsquid a few times. And I may or may not have done some of his signature bits in a local production of “Life of Brian”. (I did)
