Every year on my public radio show, Bullseye, we have a holiday special. This year’s show featured interviews with The Polyphonic Spree and my friends John Roderick & Jonathan Coulton. It also has some great holiday music (by The Kinks, Tom Lehrer and Oscar the Grouch, among others), some holiday gift recommendations from The AV Club and some holiday advice from My Brother, My Brother & Me. I think you’ll like it.
Give it a listen above, head over to the Bullseye website or subscribe free in iTunes.
Holiday Awesomes. The Polyphonic Spree Christmas songs I’ve heard have been amazing. Their version of Silent Night is on my holiday mix.

Doesn’t this look strange? Imagine how it sounds.
I’m going to be dropping some sound-notes on you shortly, as I’m running around to a few awesome events this weekend, I’ve been playing with SoundCloud and I want to see how it works to document a couple events with their mobile apps.
So I will be posting a few audio notes on my Tumblr/Twitter/Facebook accounts. I’m curious what you think about them—if they are fun or annoying, too many or not enough, etc. If you let me know early on, I can hopefully respond and adapt what I do with them through the course of the night.
If you shout back, just let me know where you saw it (Fb, Tw, or Tu) and please be honest. I know these will be interest to look back at later. The question is are they fun in the moment? Let me know!
