"Conserve Material" because Adolf hates when you do that. Esp. don’t use that eraser wheel thing too much. That even pisses me off. A World War II advertisement - Waste helps the enemy! Via recollective
amazing David Bowie ad must be from 1976, because he released two albums in 77 which aren’t shown. “…his celebrated changes, musical and mental”. Ha!
A reel is a reel is a reel is a reel is a…1962 ad for Wollensak (3M). The promise is “Fifth-Row-Center-Sound”. 22 watts, bay-bay! Via hideelee
A few more images I found for my Martini presentation last week (some I used and some I didn’t). The best may be that pic of Marilyn Monroe & and the poet Carl Sandburg in 1962, just before she died. Top photo by me at Nepenthe, Big Sur. I’d like to go back there now, please.

BIG big wheel! Built and jockeyed by Keith Schofield a Czech video guy who created it for a car ad he directed. See it below. Via archiemcphee:
Check out Keith Schofield sitting on this incredibly awesome big wheel. Even its horns (plural!) are appropriately awesome. Keith is a music video and commercial director and he custom-built this honking big trike for a commercial he recently directed for Czech car manufacturer Škoda.
If that name sounds familiar, it may be because we posted about Škoda just last week when they unleashed the vRS Mega Man-Pram, their massive, tricked-out stroller for dads in search of a burly yet luxurious parenting experience.
